Our western approaches to health only touch the surface of health problems:
Prescription-drugs only work to make symptoms disappear -not address the cause of the issue; and
When we try to go deeper, we typically make changes in nutrition too... and while that may help, it often doesn't get at the CAUSE of it either.
Chronic health issues originate and are held in place by emotion.
Acid reflux? Chronic stress, coupled with eating too fast and not chewing. IBS? Typically LOTS and LOTS of anxiety (and sometimes other emotions) that's been swallowed. Arthritis? Rigidity in thinking often times coupled with resentment and inflexibility. Acne? Shame, anger, and self-hatred.
All of these debilitating conditions (and everything else) can completely resolve with the correct movement of the emotional energy that has been frozen in place.
