While the world might be throwing an ever-growing set of challenges at you every day, there’s a part inside of you that knows there is a different way to navigate it all.
You can absolutely BE the calm within the storm.
But whether you feel powerless and at the mercy of the chaos around you… or you experience yourself as being the masterful navigator of the rapids of life, it all depends on what you cultivate INSIDE of yourself.
And what you cultivate inside of yourself is what you then contribute to the world around you: your family, your community, and the larger human experience. Because you can only contribute what you already have. You can only give what is already yours. You can only create and spread more of who you are.

Join the Living With Presence Meditation Community
It’s like a weekly yoga class for your spirit, your mind and your heart.
You can either join the community as an ongoing member, or you can join us for a single meditation class. As a member, you can stay as long as you’re feeling nourished, supported and inspired. This means you can end your membership at any time.
You’ll receive all of the details once you’ve enrolled.
Here’s what the community looks like:
We have a weekly gathering on Zoom:
We have a short conversation surrounding a topic or bit of wisdom from both ancient and modern teachers of meditation and mindfulness.
Members share intentions, experiences, questions, and get support for their practice.
I facilitate a guided meditation and/or a variety of awareness-building exercises.
You have access to a library of meditations at all times:
All meditations are recorded and available to you on a private webpage. This constantly updated page, has become a beautiful repository of various styles of meditation that you can practice at any time.
We support each other throughout the week:
We connect via WhatsApp in order to share what is coming up through the experience of life, to get support from the group, and to be inspired by what others share.
I occasionally share short meditations, journaling prompts, and other tips/tools to help deepen self-awareness and expand our capacity to be fully centered and present.
Members sharing experiences throughout the week makes the community even richer.
This group came to be for several reasons…
This group got started in 2020 in the midst of the pandemic lock-down but the truth is that more and more people are simply feeling called towards being more present, more mindful, and better able to navigate the challenges of life. This is a community to support that.
Secondly, the world needs more of us living intentionally. The ever-more-dramatic tone of the news about the world’s political, economic, social, and environmental challenges have heightened many people’s stress and anxiety, and we need to create a counter-balance of serenity.
Thirdly, over the years, many of my clients have said to me that the meditations I facilitate are extraordinarily helpful to them, and that the space we create together helps them remember who they truly are.

What style of meditation do we do?
As a lifelong meditator, I bring a variety of techniques and schools of thought into my meditations. I also use tools from my training in hypnotherapy and neuro-linguistic programming to deepen our meditative practice.
Here are some of the meditation practices I’ve studied and incorporate into our group:

Yoga breathwork & yoga loving-kindness meditation
Huna healing
Chakra-balancing
Golden light meditation and grounding-centering meditation
Modern teachers whose teachings inspire our group discussions and meditations: Eckhart Tolle, Tich Nat Han, Don Miguel Ruiz, Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, Michael Singer, and so many others.
Spiritual teachings that inspire our discussions: the Tao Te Ching, A Course In Miracles, the I Am Discourses, Sufi poetry, and others from scriptures and beyond.
Most of my meditations are guided, so my voice creates a container for stillness within you. It helps participants access deeper states than they typically achieve on their own, while they increasingly learn to access that depth of stillness for themselves.
