If you are a Gmail user...

Be sure to check your "Promotions" tab on the Gmail window online. My emails sometimes land in there, and you'll want to grab those emails and drag them into your Inbox so you never miss one of the emails from your program.

If you are an AOL user...

Oy... AOL can be super zealous with email blocks... so be sure to add me to your address book and safe senders list. You'll want to add both mdevost@transformationone.com and morella@thrivewithmorella.  In the past I've discovered that AOL can sometimes block ALL messages from people who send out newsletters, like I do... and then not even my personal emails to you will get to you.
