Step 3
LET'S GET TO THE HEART OF THE ISSUE
Now that you've done steps 1 and 2, you're ready to start diving a little deeper.
If you haven't completed step 2, go ahead and download it. You need to have step 2 complete in order to easily do step 3. Otherwise, you might miss things.
Step 3 is about your emotions.
Your emotions are the amplified vibration of your thoughts.
Your emotions exist in your body and therefore affect your body.
Your emotions continuously shape your life and how you experience it.
So you simply HAVE to look at your emotions, and the place to start is by looking at how you feel about the “symptoms” you wrote in Step 2. What you discover can be revealing.
Once you have the emotions you feel, see if there are difficult emotions that you don't always handle well or perhaps you never feel. And once you have your inventory ask yourself how these emotions could be a contributing factor to the issue you’re wanting to resolve.
